2. In-Person Visit: Measurements & Preliminary Photos

Ready to move forward? Let's schedule an in-person meeting. During this visit, we will take quick measurements of your space, capture preliminary photos, and ask further questions to understand the intricacies of your home. These details are crucial as we start to develop the design proposal.

3. Official Proposal Preparation

Following the in-person visit, our team will prepare a comprehensive design proposal based on the information gathered. This proposal will include an overview of the design direction, scope of work, and estimated timeline for the project. Once the proposal is reviewed and approved, and the contract is signed, we proceed to the exciting part—creating your dream design.

4. Initial Concept Development

After formal approval, we dive into the design phase, creating the Initial Concept. This includes mood boards and some overall items selections tailored to your preferences. You can request up to three revisions in this phase to ensure the design aligns perfectly with your vision.

5. Final Concept & Revisions

After the initial concept is ready,  it's time to finalize the main selections. The final concept includes detailed plans for the layout, color schemes, items and materials, ensuring every detail is thoughtfully considered.

6. Final Design Package

The final design package includes everything you need to bring your new space to life. You’ll receive:

• Shopping List: A curated list of all the furniture, fixtures, and accessories needed for the design, complete with links for easy purchasing.

• Floor Plan: A detailed layout showing the placement of all furniture and key design elements.

• 3D Renderings: Visualize the final design in stunning detail.

You have the flexibility to manage the purchasing process yourself or opt for our procurement service, where we handle all logistics, ordering, and coordination on your behalf.

This optional service is available at a rate of 20% of the total budget, ensuring a seamless and stress-free experience.

7. Final Styling

After your purchased items arrive, we complete the design process with a final styling session. We’ll arrange furniture, accessories, and decor, ensuring every piece comes together harmoniously to create the finished look you’ve been dreaming of.
