3. Official Proposal Preparation

4. Initial Concept Development

At this stage, we present an initial concept featuring space planning, color schemes, and curated furniture selections designed to enhance productivity and brand identity. You’ll receive three concept variations, each tailored to different aspects of your business needs. We offer up to three revisions to refine the design to perfection.

5. Final Concept & Revisions

​

Once a initial concept is approved , we fine-tune the details, finalizing the layout, material selections, and key elements. Our goal is to create a workspace that is both functional and visually compelling while aligning seamlessly with your brand identity.

 

6. Final Design Package

​

Your final design package includes everything necessary to bring your office to life:

  • Procurement Guide: A curated shopping list with links for furniture, lighting, and décor.

  • Detailed Floor Plan: A layout showcasing the optimal arrangement of furniture and workspaces.

  • 3D Renderings: High-quality visuals offering a realistic preview of the finished space.​

You have the flexibility to manage the purchasing process yourself or opt for our procurement service, where we handle all logistics, ordering, and coordination on your behalf.

This optional service is available at a rate of 20% of the total budget, ensuring a seamless and stress-free experience.

7. Final Styling & Installation

Once everything has arrived, we complete the transformation with a final styling session. Our team ensures all elements are perfectly arranged, creating a polished, professional, and inspiring work environment.
